About Jason

I served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, including work in nuclear engineering, before starting Home Loans Inc in North Charleston, South Carolina. It is a mortgage broker, not a bank: instead of pushing one lender's product, we shop a client's file across many wholesale lenders.

The books came out of the same habit. The questions I kept answering for buyers, veterans, investors, agents and new loan officers were worth writing down once, in plain language. Each one has its own site where you can read it free.
